Why does my order require an Adult Signature at delivery?

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette/tobacco related products. If your package requires this service, a mandatory fee of $7 will be included during checkout.

An adult (21 years of age or older) is required to provide a valid government-issued ID to the delivery employee and sign for the package. For some carriers, the Adult Signature protocol may require scanning your ID to verify your age in their system.
