Refund & Return Policy – VapeLifeHub

At VapeLifeHub, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not right with your order, we’ve got your back. Here’s how our refund and return policy works:


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Unused and unopened

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved? Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Rejected? We’ll let you know why and return the product back to you (if applicable).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used vape cartridges, pods, or pens

  • Disposable vape products

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital products


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it—no problem. After that, we may not be able to cancel since we ship fast.
