Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Philosophy

We address returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring every customer is fully satisfied. Before requesting a return, we encourage customers to test the product thoroughly and allow our support team to provide troubleshooting, which often resolves the issue quickly. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Standard Returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased through our website for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Atomizers (including RDAs and Tanks)
  • Cigars
  • Disposable Vapes
  • E-liquids
  • Glass Products and Glass Accessories
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Replacement Pods & Coils (if the tamper seal or foil is broken)
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

Any product with a tamper-proof seal (e-liquid caps, hardware seals, etc.) is not eligible for a return once the seal is broken.

Warranty Services

Hardware devices purchased directly from our website include a 30-Day Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery. Please note that initial contact with our support team does not extend or renew the warranty period. For extended warranty coverage, you may also contact the product manufacturer directly for After-Sales Service.

Products Not Covered Under the 30-Day Warranty

The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Atomizers (including leaky RDAs & Tanks)
  • Cigars
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Glass Products and Glass Accessories
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Replacement Coils
  • Replacement Pods
  • Spare Parts (such as Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request warranty services, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@vapelifehub.com or through our Contact Form. The defective item must be returned to our facility before a refund or store credit can be issued.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, abuse, or user error
  • Disassembly or modifications
  • Any consequentail or incidential damages

Some brands may require warranty claims to be submitted directly to their After-Sales Service department.

⚠️ Important:

Certain manufacturers require the original warranty card from the packaging to process warranty claims. Please retain all packaging materials until your warranty period has expired.

Atomizers and replacement parts (Tanks, RDAs, Coils, Pods, etc.) are often not covered by manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for details.

Delivery Issue Policy

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of the date of delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their items within this time frame and notify us of any issues. You may be asked to return the incorrect item(s) to our facility and/or complete additional documentation to proceed with your claim.

Claims for products reported as broken or damaged after 48 hours of delivery will not be covered by our policy.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, scratches, or discoloration are normal and not covered under this policy or under warranty.

⚠️ Required Documentation:

To assist with your claim, please provide a photo of the item(s) received, along with the paper invoice included in your package.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in cases of standard returns, such as incorrect items ordered or items no longer needed. For warranty related returns, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We do not offer direct replacements. Approved defective-item claims will result in either a refund to your original form of payment or a store credit issued to your Element Vape account.

⚠️ Adult Signature Service fees, Route Protection fees, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Refunds may be issued either to your original form of payment (google pay, apple pay, etc.) or as a store credit to your VapeLifeHub account.

VapeLifeHub is not responsible for refunds involving expired, canceled, or inaccessible credit or prepaid cards.

Additional Information

We do not guarantee product compatibility. If you are uncertain about product compatibility, please research carefully or contact us before placing your order. Returns will not be accepted due to incompatibility.

For all refund, replacement, or exchange requests, contact us at vapelifehub.com or through our Contact Form, and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Videos or photos of the issue

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions to complete the process.

Shipping Your Return

  • Use a padded envelope or box to protect the item(s) in transit.
  • Do not use standard paper mailing envelopes.Inadequate packaging may result in damage or loss of the item(s), and could lead to the refusal of your return.
  • Do not ship returns to the address on the original shipping label, it may be the carriers facility. We will provide the correct return address upon approval.
