We currently offer free U.S. Shipping for all U.S. orders subtotaling $99 or more (excluding applicable sales tax, excise taxes, discount codes, and reward points). You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible. To optimize savings and save on shipping costs, consider purchasing your order in bulk.

⚠️New Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications
Shipping methods and transit times may vary depending on your purchased items and location. If you are located in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S., your order may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process. Tracking updates may be sporadic as packages hop between sorting facilities within the delivery network (Learn More).

⚠️Required Adult Signature Service (Learn More)
In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette/tobacco related products. For some carriers, the Adult Signature protocol may require scanning your ID to verify your age in their system. If your package requires this service, a mandatory fee of $7 will be included during checkout.
For customers that would normally be unavailable during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to your business address as any individual 21+ years of age may sign for the package.
⚠️New Service Coverage
You may see that we are unable to ship to some of our customers, mainly due to logistical constraints or lack of regional carrier service in certain areas in the continental U.S. However, our shipping network of 20+ local regional carriers is expanding weekly, so sign up to be notified when we are able to ship to you again!
If we are unable to ship to your destination, a notification will be indicated at checkout. Be sure to check our Zip Code Checker and sign up for notifications. Furthermore, check in with us at a later time as we are adding service coverage every week.

Order Processing
We process orders from 8:00AM PST – 4:00PM PST on Monday to Friday. It can take 24 to 72 business hours to process before it is shipped out for all orders. Shipping methods and transit times may vary depending on your purchased items and location.
Note: During the busy holiday season or surge of sales, processing can take up to 5 business days. Our team works hard every day to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible, so we greatly appreciate your patience.
Estimated Transit Times
For non vape/tobacco related products, shipping will remain a 2-5 estimated business days transit for U.S. Shipping
All transit times are estimates and do not included required processing times. Learn more about our shipping options and transit timelines here.
- Western Half of the US: 1-5 business days in transit
- Eastern Half of the US: 6-20 business days in transit
- International Packages: No estimate available, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country. (If you have not received any updates, please contact your local customs agency.)
Shipping Restrictions (Learn More)
Some products may not be available for purchase towards your location as each State/City may have their own laws for the sale, distribution, and use of certain items. In the event that your shopping cart contains items that are restricted to your location, you will encounter an error message during the checkout process indicating the restriction.
All Vape sales have been restricted to the following locations and may extend to other areas not listed here:
States: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, and Vermont
Cities: San Francisco, Anchorage
Flavored E-Liquid sales are restricted to the following locations and may extend to other areas not listed here:
States: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island
Cities: Chicago, Washington D.C.
Please note that the provided list of restrictions is not exhaustive. Restrictions may vary by state and could extend to various product categories within each jurisdiction across the country. Additionally, the use of coupons may be limited due to jurisdiction-specific restrictions.
California Orders
Starting January 1, 2025, a new State Law will expand the existing flavor ban to include online sales of flavored nicotine products.
In accordance with California’s STAKE Act, we are required to contact customers who have placed orders destined for shipments to California. Customers will be reached via an automated telephone service after 5PM Pacific Time.
All California orders must be shipped to the verified billing address.
International Orders
If your country/state is not listed during the checkout process, or if shipping options do not appear when selecting your country, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.
All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Element Vape is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service-related fees are not covered, and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, VapeLifeHub is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.
For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.
We highly recommend contacting your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products if you are shipping to a location outside of the U.S.
Return to Sender (Learn More)
VapeLifeHub will not be responsible for Shipping/Adult Signature fees for packages that are returned to sender. If packages are returned to us back at our facility, customers will only be eligible for a refund for the cost of the items and any associated taxes. Any reshipping services are at VapeLifeHub’s sole discretion.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
MY TRACKING INFORMATION HASN’T BEEN UPDATED IN SOME TIME, IS MY ORDER LOST?
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. IS MY PACKAGE LOST?
Our team may not immediately be able to consider your package as lost and may ask that you allow some more time to verify if your package is simply still in transit towards your location (depending on your location and available tracking updates).
As a measure of reassurance, VapeLifeHub will guarantee that you will receive your package within 30 days of shipment. If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please reach out to our support team and we will be able to offer additional options towards a resolution. This may include a reimbursement in the form of a Refund, Store Credit, or simply a Replacement Package issued to your location (Learn More).
*Excluding but not limited to packages that are marked as delivered, returned to sender, shipped to an inaccurate/invalid address, or international shipments.
VapeLifeHub will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. VapeLifeHub is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
